The application also provides four attendance options to meeting participants such as 'Accepted', 'Declined', 'Maybe', or 'No'. Later, the hosts and co-hosts can see which participants chose that option.
To see the attendance status of Zoom meeting participants, hosts must integrate their calendar application, either from Google or Microsoft's Outlook.
However, the attendance status feature is still in beta. This feature is considered useful for companies that want to monitor their employees whether they are late or not.
In addition, the feature also makes it easier for lecturers or teachers to see how many students or students have joined the meeting.
